- Set up and launching Go4 Enterprises, which seeks to combine entrepreneurial flair with business administration expertise to provide meaningful paid employment and coaching for disadvantaged young people
- Worked with a Christian charity to plan transition of a chain of loss-making bookshops to a more sustainable business model based on coffee houses and in-store internet portals
- Managed web-based stakeholder management projects in Government (DfES): online teacher recruitment (now Schools Recruitment Service ), Every Child Matters, learning enrichment portal to facilitate access to online resources, school trips and use of external facilitators
- Business planning and CRM for performance improvement for leading accountancy institute
- Set up a social enterprise to run a Community Coffee House with internet-based income, supported by the local church
- Conducted a business review for a hotel and conference centre to identify ways of improving financial performance
- Led turn-around based on multi-million pound cash & profit improvement with Board of a leading UK gift retailer
- Multi-million pound cost reduction in three leading travel companies, including retail and call centre re-organisation
- Business modelling and franchise manual for petrol retailer
- Analytics and dashboard for performance improvement based on standard costing to Trust Boards in the NHS

Jamie gained marketing expertise with Procter & Gamble, and business planning & CRM with PwC. He has an MBA from Wharton and MA Engineering, Cambridge, is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society, and a part-qualified Cost and Management Accountant.
