Personality Profile Test

The Personality Profile Test comprises 21 multiple choice questions, plus a few additional background questions. With the answers to these question, we can map how your personality profile compares to others on three dimensions: Empathy, Creativity and Self-discipline. There are no right or wrong answers in the test; your total score for the three sections combined will always be the same but some areas may have higher scores than others. We are looking at whereabouts within these three dimensions you sit most comfortably.

We believe that knowing this can help you relate to others who may sit more comfortably with a different profile. We are using these answers to research how organisations and teams can work more effectively, and will be happy to send you a report of the findings of our research if you complete the relevant personal details in the second section of the Personality Test.
