Personality test
The Blonay Personality Test is a short survey which will deliver instantaneous feedback on your personal profile on three dimensions:
- Creativity – pro-active spontaneous
- Empathy – responsive people-orientated
- Self-discipline - methodical task-orientated
This test is designed to deliver a clearer and more memorable profile than other similar personality tests. It is based on a hypothesis, currently being tested, that human character is fundamentally a combination of these “virtues”. Individual profiles can impact the behaviour of teams and organisations in a way that is consistent with these “virtues”.
